Harlow Winter Kate Madden Is Nicole Richie's Baby

Nicole Richie gave birth to a healthy 6 lbs. 7 oz baby girl today. Harlow Winter Kate Madden was born this afternoon at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and mother and baby are said to be doing well.

Congrats to Nicole and Joel! I can't wait for the first pictures!!
