Kate Moss is said to be “devastated” after it came out this weekend that her fiance, Pete Doherty, cheated on her with a South African model named Lindy.
Kate was unable to get in touch Pete for days after a fight last week and on Thursday he picked up Lindy in Marylebone’s Crystal club and headed back to a friend’s house where Pete was seen kissing the brunette.
Kate fled to Paris on Saturday with her four-year-old daughter and her nanny was flying out to meet them today.
A source said: “Kate is a mess. She’s trying to keep it together for Lila’s sake, but she’s been sobbing and wailing uncontrollably all weekend.”
Kate has asked aides to arrange a fashion show in the French capital so she can be photographed enjoying herself and seeming not to care.
The source continued: “Kate has had enough, she has some serious decisions to make about the future of her relationship with Pete.
“She is supposed to be marrying him, so she’s furious at the accusations of his cheating. It really is make or break.”
A clubber in Crystal said: “He ended up talking to this girl in a revealing tight dress. They went on the street for a while then came back, where they had an intense chat for ages. There was lots of flirting and laughing.”
A friend claimed: “Pete and Kate had a serious argument and he decided to go on a bender.
“Kate was calling around to see if anyone knew where he was, but everyone rallied around him to keep her in the dark. “She is very jealous about other women. Hearing about him spending the night with another girl will eat her up.”

Kate Moss has teamed up with her scrubby man, Pete Doherty for a Roberto Cavalli photoshoot. The duo dressed in matching western attire for the shoot, and while Kate looked fabulous, as usual, Pete still looked like a junkie....as usual.
According to reports Kate Moss is pregnant with Pete Doherty's baby! Doherty's uncle Phil Michels claims that the singer called him from Italy, where he is touring with Babyshambles, to share the news. "I have spoken to Pete twice about the baby and he has confirmed that Kate is pregnant," Phil told the Sunday Mirror. "They are both delighted and Pete sounded really excited." He added: "That is why they want to get married. Pete told me they want a baby together to cement their marriage. I am made up for them. I wish them every success. They're so happy, they love each other. I can't wait for the wedding - we are just waiting for a date."
Good God, what a mess. Maybe it will be an incentive for Pete to stay sober. We will see.....
