Hey guys,

This announcement is long overdue, but I just hated doing it:)

I am taking a break from Jen's Juice indefinitely. This little site is where my blogging passion began, and it certainly helped me get the best career possible. I can now sit on my butt, rockin' PJ's in my house, and write stories about people I read about for fun. It is the best job ever and I am so grateful that Jen's Juice, a site that started as a hobby, gave me this amazing career.

I am now working full time for Right Media and LOVING every minute of it. The success we are seeing over there and the people I work with have become my passion and obsession. Every minute I can work, is put into doing something over there and growing that amazing network of sites. So you can still check out my work over there!! Especially on Right Celebrity, Right TV, and Right Fashion.

On a personal level, I am pregnant with my first child and we are so blessed to have my little sister living with us now. Family time is more precious than ever right now.

I want to thank you all so much for checkin' out Jen's Juice, leaving your comments, and emailing me. I truly appreciate it and have had so much fun! Maybe one day I will revive this old girl, who knows...But for now - good bye and thank you!

It’s official; Ellen DeGeneres will be the new fourth judge on American Idol. The comedian has signed on as Paula Abdul’s replacement. According to a just released video, she will sit alongside Randy, Simon, and Kara.

I think she could bring some fresh new spunk to the show—plus she’s freakin’ hilarious. I doubt she has the musical know-how that Paula had, but Ellen does claim to be a major fan of the show. Here’s what she had to say about the new gig:

"I've watched since the beginning, and I've always been a huge fan. So getting this job is a dream come true, and think of all the money I'll save from not having to text in my vote."

She says she’ll be the people’s voice on Idol, and won’t look at the singers from a music producer’s point of view, but from a fan’s perspective.

The announcement that Ellen will be the new American Idol judge comes several weeks after Paula Abdul tweeted that she wouldn’t be returning to the show. Rumors had flown around about who might be her replacement, with Ellen being one of the most recent.

She’ll join the judges immediately following the audition portion of the show, which will only be judged by Simon, Kara, and Randy.

On the season premiere of the Tyra Banks show, she will let the audience see her real hair. Now people are scouring the web for photos of the reveal.

So why is it a big deal? Well, I guess the former Victoria’s Secret model was sporting some sea biscuit until now.

Once again, she verifies what we had all suspected—the world really does revolve around her! Here's how she plans to unveil her natural hair:

“(She will come) out of the shower with wet hair…my hairdresser's going to do my hair live on stage.”

I have to say, I do like the concept behind what she’s trying to do: help young women feel like they are naturally beautiful. It’s also good to hear that she’s going to try to break down some stereotypes about the fashion industry on the next season of America’s Next Top Model.

The New York Daily News reports that she’s going to focus only on girls who are 5’7” and shorter. Personally, I think most high-fashion models resemble Olive Oil (sorry Popeye), so this should be a welcome change.

The Teen Choice Awards were full of action and fun, especially with Miley Cyrus’ performance of her hit single Party in the USA. But backstage the celebrities were really enjoying themselves getting the hottest swag out there. That includes the tiny Flip MinoHD camcorder.
